Our mission is to help refugees and other displaced people establish new lives, regain hope, and contribute to the vitality of their local communities. To do that we need your help to empower these families as they rebuild a new life in the Bay Area.

PDF Form can be filled electronically after download. Complete, save and email the electronic form to info@mycmi.org. Or you can electronically fill the form, then print and fax or mail it to the mailing address listed on the Contact page.

All Volunteers must be age 18 or older and submit a volunteer application with references.
